MAÂT XPERIENCES, support in Inclusive Health & Social Care in Rivière-Salée

Innovating for better care. Connecting for better support.

The Cercle Itinérant A.L.I.S.S. is a pioneeringsocial and digital innovation project jointly run by Up and Space Martinique and MAÂT XPERIENCES. Designed with a focus on regional cooperation, it aims to reduce inequalities in access to healthcare and social rights in Martinique, Guadeloupe, all overseas territories, and mainland France.

A social and territorial innovation born in the Caribbean

A.L.I.S.S. is an innovation developed in the Caribbean to facilitate healthcare and access to rights, especially for people who feel isolated from services because they live in rural areas.

In practical terms, A.L.I.S.S. operates as a senior concierge service in a third place: a local reception point where staff take the time to listen, guide, and support. The program also offers an assisted teleconsultation service, carried out at home with the support of a nurse, to ensure safety and prevent medical procedures from becoming an obstacle.

A.L.I.S.S. also helps people access their rights and complete social procedures (access to benefits, appointments, forms, follow-up), with human support and simple, respectful, and ethical digital mediation.

Our vision: reconciling health, social, and digital issues

In a context of demographic aging and health and digital divides, A.L.I.S.S. offers an innovative modelof inclusion through health. The project combines three complementary levers for action:

A mobile connected care unit—a traveling device designed to reach isolated populations and facilitate remote medical consultations.
A SENIOR concierge service—comprehensive support, from access to rights and health prevention to support for family caregivers and the creation of a local directory of geolocated companies, mutual insurance companies, and personal service associations certified with the "A.L.i.S.S. Service Quality" label.
The A.L.I.S.S. digital platform, enhanced with an AI component, is designed to identify, coordinate, and support seniors and people in isolated situations, while facilitating connections between families, caregivers, and local stakeholders.

Research, evaluation, and dissemination

A.L.I.S.S. is based on a solid scientific foundation, notably through partnerships with researchers and universities specializing in measuring the impact of digital technology on usage and inequality. The project includes:

A scientific impact assessment
A QWL (Quality of Work Life) component for teams
And a three-year plan to expand into other overseas territories and mainland France
