A personalized, positive, and structured approach
Each young person receives a personalized career guidance assessment based on their interests, motivations, and personal aspirations. Our method is based on the "Orientation" tool developed by Central Test, which is based on the well-known RIASEC typology (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, Conventional).
In 10 minutes, through 40 action phrases to be classified, young people discover their dominant profile and combinations of interests, with clear and rewarding results.

Each participant leaves with a comprehensive report including:
A visual and explicit personality and interests graph
A detailed and interpreted RIASEC profile
Suggestions for courses of study suited to his or her abilities
Connections with more than 80 current and emerging professions
