My name isPeggy RAVIN. In Martinique, through my contact with project leaders, associations, and professionals facing digital and social transitions, I realized one thing: there is no shortage of ideas, but oftenalackof methodsto make them clear, financeable, and sustainable. It was this conviction that led me to createMAÂT XPERIENCES in 2017.
Today, I run an impact agency at the crossroads ofsocial innovation,digital inclusion, andregional transformation. My ambition is to help those who take action to move from project to action, withhigh standards, vision, and concrete results.
Sincethe creation of the Up and Space Martinique third place in 2016, I have been committed to structuring spaces and ecosystems of innovation for the benefit of the community. WithMAÂT XPERIENCES, I have contributed to structuring dynamics such as theHub Antilles-Guyane(2019), the co-founding of the Hub Mednum Antilles for inclusive digital technology (2023), and the creation of the regional network of third places in Martinique.
At the same time, I am developing a range ofprofessional training courses(digital mediation, e-health, AI acculturation), as well asintegration and guidance programs, with a particular focus onwomen's empowerment.
A path guided by commitment
Since the creation of the Up and Space Martinique third place in 2016, Peggy has been working to structure spaces and ecosystems of innovation for the benefit of the community. Under her leadership, MAÂT XPERIENCES has supported the creation of the Antilles-Guyane Hub (2019), the co-founding of the Mednum Antilles Hub (2023), and the establishment of aregional network of third places in Martinique. The company is also active in the field of professional training, particularly in digital mediation, e-health, and acculturation to artificial intelligence, as well as inintegration and career guidance, with a strong focus on women's empowerment.
